On Thursday 19 July, the House of Lords will debate the EU Drugs Strategy

The Lords’ EU Home Affairs, Health and Education Sub-Committee published a report on this issue in March 2012, following a six-month inquiry.
The debate is scheduled to start at about 4.30pm. Lord Hannay of Chiswick, the Sub-Committee Chairman, will move the motion.
