Pre-appointment hearing: Chair of Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat)

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee has published the report of its pre-appointment hearing with the Government’s preferred candidate for the post of Chair of Ofwat, Mr Jonson Cox.
The Committee held a pre-appointment hearing with Mr Cox on 4 July 2012. The report concludes that Mr Cox is a suitable candidate for the post and recommends his appointment.
The Committee’s findings are published in its Third Report of session 2012-13: Pre-appointment hearing: Chair of the Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) HC 471-I.
