The Scottish Affairs Committee questions witnesses on what a possible Scottish Defence Force might look like if Scotland separated from the UK, and how much it might cost.

Wednesday 20 June 2012
2.30pm, Grimond Room, Portcullis House, Westminster

Witnesses

  • Lt Col (Retd) Stuart Crawford
  • Richard Marsh, Economist

Stuart Crawford first set out what a Scottish Defence Force might look like in 1998. He has since updated his model and this has now been costed by an economist, Richard Marsh.
