Committee publishes a draft Reasoned Opinion

The Committee has produced a draft reasoned opinion on two Council documents: the draft Directive on procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors (18964/11) and the draft Directive on public procurement (18966/11).
The draft reasoned opinion will be printed at the annex of chapter 2 of the Committee's 58th Report of Session 2010-12.
