MPs examine the transport challenges posed by the Olympic Games

At this session the Transport Committee will examine the Transport Plan for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This short inquiry covers the impact of 'Games Lanes' and the 'Olympic Route Network' (ORN) on the road network; measures being taken to manage increased travel demand during the Games especially on public transport and including aviation; the effects of travel disruption for businesses and services; and the delivery of a valuable transport legacy following the Games.
