Chair's comments

Committee Chair Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP said:

"Now that Rochdale Safeguarding Children Board has completed its Review, we are recalling the former and calling the current Chief Executive to discuss its findings.

We will be examining the reasons why so many opportunities to intervene to help the victims were missed, and vulnerable children were often treated as offenders rather than victims."
