The purpose of this session
The Institute for Government has recently carried out some research on the reshuffle process and the outcomes of reshuffles. This is an opportunity for the Committee to explore the Institute’s findings and get its views on the issues on the reasons why reshuffles are conducted and the timing of reshuffles.
This is the first session of the Committee’s inquiry into the impact and effectiveness of ministerial reshuffles.
