European External Action Service - Third evidence session

The EU Sub-Committee for External Affairs will hold the third evidence session of its inquiry into the European External Action Service (EEAS) on Thursday 6 December 2012 in Committee Room 2A.
At 10.05 the Committee will hear from Mats Persson, Director, Open Europe and David Spence, London School of Economics
The evidence session is open to the public.
