Copies of the report will be released at 11.00 am on Monday 26 November. Copies will be available to members of the press in the Parliamentary Press Gallery, and to witnesses at the Committee’s offices at 7 Millbank. Further copies may be purchased from the Stationery Office (inquiries: 0870 600 5522).
