Purpose of the Session
The Committee is undertaking pre-legislative scrutiny of draft legislation on reform of provision for children and young people with Special Educational Needs. In this second and final session the Committee will take evidence from young people and representatives of parent/carer groups and from the responsible Minister, Edward Timpson MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Education.
