Dog breeding community, veterinary professionals questioned on welfare issues

Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee will question members of the dog breeding community and the veterinary profession on issues arising from the Independent Inquiry into Dog Breeding led by Professor Sir Patrick Bateson.
