Education Committee conducts pre-legislative scrutiny on special educational needs

The Committee is undertaking pre-legislative scrutiny of draft legislation on reform of provision for children and young people with Special Educational Needs. In this first of two sessions of oral evidence, the Committee will take evidence from local authorities, health, SEN organisations, educational institutions and Ofsted.
