Committee holds first evidence session on pre-legislative scrutiny of the Draft Local Audit Bill

The Draft Local Audit Bill Committee will hold its first evidence session in this inquiry on Tuesday 30 October when evidence will be heard from:

At 12.45 pm:

Michael O'Higgins, ex Chairman of Audit Commission
Marcine Waterman, Controller of Audit, Audit Commission

At 1.30 pm:

Robert Black, former Auditor General for Scotland
David Walker, former director of public reporting at the Audit Commission
Professor David Heald, University of Aberdeen
Jessica Crowe, Executive Director, Centre for Public Scrutiny

The session will take place in Room 21, Palace of Westminster.
