We are grateful to the Government for giving us the opportunity to hold this hearing and we endorse its choice of candidate.”

The Report, the Third of Session 2012-13, and the uncorrected transcript of the pre-appointment hearing are available on the Committee web-site  - www.parliament.uk/jchr - from 10am today.
