The Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards will hold its first public session on Wednesday 12 September with Sir David Walker giving evidence.
The session will focus on standards of corporate governance in banking.

Sir David will appear in his capacity as an expert witness. He authored the Government-commissioned report of November 2009 into corporate governance in UK banks and other financial industry entities. Sir David is not appearing in his capacity as chairman designate of Barclays Plc.
