BFK is a consortium of three companies (BAM, Ferrovial and Kier) and did not exist as an entity prior to Crossrail. BAM Nuttall and Kier were both on the list of companies engaged in blacklisting that was uncovered in the Information Commissioner’s Office’s raid on The Consulting Association.
On Wednesday 18 December the Scottish Affairs Committee will hear evidence from Pat Swift, Former Head of HR for BAM, Ferrovial, Kier. This session will seek to explore the extent of the relationship between BFK and The Consulting Association.
