The Committee will publish a special report setting out its findings on Thursday 28 February 2013. The Committee has previously reported that:
1. There was no case to answer in respect of:
- Petition 35 (petition for amendment by Waste Recycling Group Limited, WRG Waste Services Limited and Anti Waste Limited)
- Petition 36 (petition of general objection by Central Bedfordshire Council) and
- Petition 38 (petition of general objection by Bedford Borough Council).
2. There was a limited case to answer in respect of the following petitions but only in relation to proposed amendments relating to the waterway:
- Petition 37 (petition for amendment by Central Bedfordshire Council) and
- Petition 39 (petition for amendment by Bedford Borough Council).
