The Joint Committee on Human Rights will publish its Eighth Report, Legislative Scrutiny: Justice and Security Bill (second Report), at 9.30 am on Thursday 28 February as House of Lords Paper 128 and House of Commons Paper 1014
The Report will be available on the Committee's website on the day of publication.
