Leading academics questioned on the Future of the Civil Service

This is the seventh session of PASC’s inquiry into the Future of the Civil Service and will focus on the constitutional role of the Civil Service
The Committee will hear from three leading academics: Matthew Flinders, Professor of Politics at the University of Sheffield; Anthony King, Professor of British Government at the University of Essex; and Lord Norton of Louth, Professor of Government at the University of Hull.

- The core tasks of the Civil Service;
