“We have heard direct from victims about the dangers of anti-social behaviour and the anger and frustration of being ignored or passed from one agency to another. We will be asking Ministers how they will address those concerns and ensure that the draft Anti-social behaviour bill is as effective as it can be when it reaches the House of Commons”
