This is the second session of PASC’s inquiry into public procurement. It aims to explore the views and experiences of those organisations which routinely contract with central Government and the wider public sector on the obstacles which inhibit effective public procurement. This session takes place on Tuesday 5 February in Committee Room 16, Palace of Westminster.  

Particular issues to be explored may include:

  • The relationship between Government, contractors and businesses;
  • Government’s ability to communicate and engage with businesses effectively;
  • The impact of Government initiatives to increase access to contracts for small businesses
