Scottish and FCO Ministers give evidence in Edinburgh

The Foreign Affairs Committee will hold the fourth evidence session of its inquiry into the foreign policy implications of and for a separate Scotland at the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh on 28 January.
The Committee will take evidence from Scottish and UK Government Ministers on an independent Scotland’s foreign policy as well as discussing with witnesses how Scottish independence could affect the rest of the UK (RUK)’s foreign and diplomatic affairs. Other specific subjects likely to come under discussion are EU membership, Trident, NATO and bilateral political and security relations between Scotland and the RUK.
