Report into conduct of Lord Clement-Jones

The House of Lords Committee for Privileges and Conduct has today published a report from the independent Lords Commissioner for Standards into the conduct of Lord Clement-Jones. The report finds that Lord Clement-Jones did not breach the Code of Conduct.

Following an allegation from a member of the public, the independent Lords Commissioner for Standards, Paul Kernaghan CBE QPM, investigated Lord Clement-Jones and found that he did not breach the House of Lords Code of Conduct.
