Launch of CLG Select Committee report on private rented sector

The Backbench Business Committee allocated time for the Chair of the Communities and Local Government Select Committee to launch the report on the private rented sector.
Publication of a Select Committee Report

That this House has considered the publication of the First Report from the Communities and Local Government Committee, on Private rented sector, HC 50.
The Committee has scheduled this motion at the start of business to enable the Chair of a select committee to present a report which is being published on that day. The Chair will speak for up to 15 minutes, taking interventions from members on issues relating to the report.
