The Home Affairs Committee continues to investigate inquiry into Asylum during evidence session on Tuesday 25 June

Committee Chairman Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP said: 

“As part of our inquiry we will be taking evidence from those who have personal experience of the asylum system. We also intend to explore the experience of claiming asylum in the UK with Amnesty International and Still Human, Still Here including the assessment of credibility following their recent work on the issue.

We will discuss their provision of the COMPASS contract with G4S and Serco, following criticisms made in both written and oral evidence to this inquiry.”
