The Political and Constitutional Reform Committee is to hold the second in a series of oral evidence sessions into what smaller-scale changes to the membership and structure of the House of Lords would be likely to command a consensus.

The Committee will hear from four commentators on Lords reform who between them have a vast understanding of the House of Lords. They will be able to offer insights into how smaller-scale changes could have an impact on the Lords’ work.
