Welsh Affairs Committee to take evidence on the Severn Crossings

The Welsh Affairs Committee will question Stephen Hammond MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, on Tuesday 18 June at 9.30am in relation to the future of the Severn Crossings

The Committee will question the Minister about the Government’s plans for the Crossings and the level of the tolls when the bridges revert to public ownership.

The Committee will also explore uncertainties surrounding the future ownership of the Crossings. This session will follow-up on the Committee’s previous work on the Severn Crossings Toll (Third Report of Session 2010-12, HC 506).
