On Tuesday 19 March, MPs will question Max Mosley and the National Union of Journalists

Purpose

In this third evidence session of the Culture, Media and Sport Committee’s inquiry, MPs will question Max Mosley and the National Union of Journalists about:

  • The requirements that should be laid on a new regulator to ensure its independence of the press;
  • The right of subjects of proposed stories to be notified of the story before publication;
  • Any concerns about LJ Leveson’s proposals to amend the Data Protection Act.
