MPs to hold final evidence session with Minister on Transport and the Accessibility of Public Services

The Environmental Audit Committee will hold its final public evidence hearing of its inquiry, Transport and the accessibility of public services, at 2.15 pm on Tuesday 12 March in the Thatcher Room, Portcullis House

In this session the Committee will hear from Norman Baker MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport. The Committee will explore progress on improving the transport accessibility of public services since the Making the Connections report was published in 2003. The Committee will also explore responsibilities for accessibility in government, cross-government working and how the accessibility planning regime has bedded into policy making, and how accessibility is measured.
