MPs hear from Climate Week finalists

Committee members met informally nine of the finalists for this year’s Climate Week awards on Monday 4 March.
They discussed their initiatives and the lessons for a wider take up of climate change action, including the importance of local leadership allied to engagement with Parliament.
Those at the meeting were from Acclimatise (Bob Khosa), Camden climate change alliance (Councillor Phil Jones), EBRI Pyroformer (Tim Miller), Make the link climate exchange (Albha Bowe), Precast charter scheme (David Hanley), 10:10 Solar schools (Amy Cameron and Imogen Lloyd-Thomas), Dartford FC (Jeremy Kite), Tehseen Mirza, and Paul Noon.
