Natascha Engel, Chair of the Backbench Business Committe in the 2010-12 and 2012-13 sessions, has been re-elected unopposed as Chair of the Backbench Business Committee for 2013-14 session.
Membership of the Backbench Business Committee
Unlike other Select Committees, the Backbench Business Committee needs to be reconstituted in each session, with Members put forward from their parties. The membership of the Committee will be announced in due course.
