  • Potential consumer savings and the role of in-home displays (IHDs);
  • Demand management and time-of-use (ToU) tariffs;
  • Consumer concerns, opt-out and charging;
  • Data management and security;
  • Small businesses and roll-out; and
  • Public concerns about smart meters and consumer engagement.
