Committee to hold first evidence session on UK Retail Sector

The Business, Innovation and Skills Committee will be holding its first evidence session for its inquiry into the UK Retail Sector on Tuesday 21 May, when it will be hearing from the British Retail Consortium, the Association of Convenience Stores, and the British Council of Shopping Centres

  • Shane Brennan, Public Affairs Director, Association of Convenience Stores

At 11.15 am:

  • Edward Cooke, Director of Policy and Public Affairs, British Council of Shopping Centres
  • Mark Williams, Chairman, Distressed Town Centre Taskforce

The sessions will be open to the public on a first come, first served basis. There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in Committee Rooms. It is advisable to allow about 20 minutes to pass through security checks. Committee Rooms and timings are subject to change.
