This will be the first time that Professor Sir Mark Walport will appear before the Committee as part of the Committee’s scrutiny of the Government Office for Science Annual Review. The session will seek to explore some of the issues raised in the Review and to gain a clearer understanding of how Sir Mark is tackling the job of advising the Government.
