The Report on Biodiversity Offsetting will be published as the Environmental Audit Committee’s Sixth Report of Session 2013–14, HC 750 at 00.01am on Tuesday 12 November 2013.
Embargoed PDF copies of the Report will be available to witnesses and members of the press only from 9.30am on Monday 11 November 2013.
