Committee to publish report on leadership and standards in the police: follow-up
The Home Affairs Committee will publish its report 'Leadership and standards in the police: follow-up' on Sunday 3 November 2013 at 00.01 (Tenth Report, Session 2013-14, HC 756-I).
Electronic embargo copies will be available from 7.00am, Saturday 2 November [Not Friday as previously stated]. Media representatives and contributors to the Committee's inquiry can request copies from the Committee at: homeaffcom@parliament.uk. Copies will be available on the Committee’s website from the time of publication.
The report is based on the evidence which the Committee took on Wednesday 23 October 2013, focusing on the meeting which took place on 12 October 2012, in Mr Andrew Mitchell's constituency office with three representatives of his local Police Federations, and subsequent events.
The uncorrected oral and written evidence is available on the Committee's website. The final corrected and printed version of the evidence will follow later in November.
