MPs examine new Bank of England Deputy Governor

HM Treasury announced on 26 July 2013 that Her Majesty The Queen agreed, on the recommendation of the Chancellor and Prime Minister, to appoint Sir Jon Cunliffe as Deputy Governor of the Bank of England with responsibility for Financial Stability, starting on 1 November 2013.
The Committee's appointment hearing takes place on Monday 14 October 2013, at 4.00pm, in Committee Room 15, Palace of Westminster.
