The Joint Committee on Human Rights will publish its Fifth Report of the 2013–14 Session, Legislative Scrutiny: Transparency of Lobbying, Non-party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Bill, at 11.00 am on Friday 18 October as House of Lords Paper 61 and House of Commons Paper 755.
