The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) is the independent regulator of responsible social landlords in Scotland. It regulates social landlords, with the aim of protecting the interests of people who receive services from them.
The Committee is interested to hear about the regulator’s research regarding the 'Bedroom Tax', including how it has affected the level of rent arrears among social landlords since its introduction, and how social landlords are responding.
