PASC to take evidence on Statistics and Open Data

This is the first session of PASC’s inquiry into Statistics and Open Data. Issues which the Committee may explore include, the benefits to public accountability and the economy which might be offered by the release of open data by the Government, and to examine whether users think the Government is maximising the opportunities presented by open data through its current plans
