Committee to question Home Secretary on scrutiny delays on European Investigation Order on Wednesday 20 April 2014

The European Scrutiny Committee held an evidence session with the Home Secretary to question her about the scrutiny handling of the European Investigation Order, (European Investigation Order), in particular the Government's failure to schedule the debate recommended by the Scrutiny Committee in November 2013 before the EIO was adopted in March 2014), and wider issues relating to the operation of the EIO.

The session took place on Wednesday 30 April 2014, at 2.30pm in  Committee Room 8, Palace of Westminster.
