The draft Legislative Reform (Clinical Commissioning Groups) Order 2014 and accompanying Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 13 March 2014 by the Department of Health under section 14(1) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 (LRRA).
The Committee’s assessment of the draft Order will be published as its Fifth Report of the 2013-14 Session at 11.00 am on Thursday 10 April 2014. It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 1224).
The text of the report will also be available on the Committee’s website from 11.00 am on the day of publication.
