Committee continue to hear Hong Kong evidence

This is the second evidence session for the Committee’s inquiry into the UK’s relations with Hong Kong: 30 years after the Joint Declaration. It follows a one-off session held on 16 July 2014 with Hong Kong pro-democracy campaigners Martin Lee and Anson Chan, and an evidence session in November with Lord Patten of Barnes and two academic witnesses focusing on political and constitutional matters.
