The Environmental Audit Committee will hold its third public evidence session on its Climate Change Adaption inquiry at 2.15 pm on Wednesday 10 December 2014 in the Thatcher Room, Portcullis House.

Purpose of session

This is the third session in this Inquiry. It will involve discussion on the adaptation of buildings (homes, hospitals, etc) for the effects of climate change, as well as the health risks of climate change, including from the greater likelihood of over-heating of buildings. The discussion will cover the role in this of building standards and the National Policy Planning Framework.
