The Public Administration Select Committee (PASC) will hold its annual evidence with Sir David Normington, First Civil Service Commissioner and Commissioner for Public Appointments at 9.45 am on Wednesday 12 February, in Committee room 16, Palace of Westminster

As First Civil Service Commissioner (alongside the Civil Service Commissioners), Sir David is responsible for the recruitment of all civil servants. As Commissioner for Public Appointments he regulates the process by which Ministers make appointments to the boards of national and regional public bodies.
