On 12 February 2014, the Standing Orders Committee reported its final decision on the referral made by the Examiners of the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Bill. The Committee decided that the promoters of the Bill had met the condition set by the Committee on 15 January and that the Bill should be permitted to proceed. The decision can be found here.
