MPs question key stakeholders on disability and development

The International Development Committee is to hold the first evidence session for the inquiry into disability and development on Tuesday 14 January.

Purpose of the Session
The first panel offers the opportunity to hear from disabled activists with experience in Kenya, India and the Middle East. The second panel focuses on practical steps that DFID can take to become a leader in disability inclusive development, drawing on the experience of the Australian Government. The panel members have particular expertise in inclusive education, an area prioritised by DFID Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State Lynne Featherstone MP.
