The draft Legislative Reform (Overseas Registration of Births and Deaths) Order 2014 and accompanying Explanatory Document were laid before Parliament on 5 December 2013 by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office under section 14(1) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 (LRRA)
The Committee’s assessment of the draft Order will be published as its Third Report of the 2013-14 Session at 11.00 am on Friday 17 January 2014. It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 1010).
