The Report on Plastic bags will be published as the environmental Audit Committee's Eleventh Report of Session 2013-14, HC 861, at 00.01 am on Thursday 6 February 2014
The report will be available from 00.01 am approximately, on Thursday 6 February 2014.
Embargoed PDF copies of the Report will be available to witnesses and members of the press only from 09.30 am on Tuesday 4 February 2014.
