On 15 January 2014, the Standing Orders Committee reported its decision on the referral made by the Examiners of the High Speed Rail (London - West Midlands) Bill. The Committee decided that Standing Orders dispensation should be conditional on an extension of the deadline for the Environmental Statement consultation by 17 days. The decision can be found here.
